Looks like my friend Joy is having a hard time with her divorce. I emailed, and offered her a place to be. Wish I could be more help, I know how bad it sucks.
Looks like this weekend I get to go to Denver, even though Halee is going to be in town. Or at least in vicinity. I'm going with my mom to pick up her mother-in-law and said MIL's vehicle. Seems the MIL drove up there to see her daughter, started having heart problems, and now my mom is afraid for her to drive back by herself. So it looks like 7 hours in a car on Saturday, then turn around and do it again on Sunday. My granny car is more comfortable, and somehow gets better gas mileage than my mom's cool car, so I guess I need to make the hubby change the oil before this weekend so we can take it. That could be no small feat, considering the hubby has, by himself no less, removed the transmission from his combine and is trying to fix it. Which means, of course, that in the eternal words of Sambo, his combine is "having puppies." He is actually considering taking the transmission to a paid mechanic, which is something I've never seen him do.
I have no pretty hydrogeek picture at the end, so you'll just have to make do with the linky pictures today. I've only taken 2 pictures since May 25, and they are both of children whom I don't have permission to display on the internet. Maybe I will get off my non-picture-taking ass and get you some good stuff on the way to colorado.
