If anyone knows anyone who is looking for a job in geology or hydrology and is willing to move to rural Texas, please let me know.
My guru is leaving, and we need somebody to replace him, or I suppose to replace me while I become the guru (crap!). I'm not going with him, even though I probably should. Consulting just *sounds* good. And it would get rid of that pesky boss problem, and by virtue of that, the pesky senile admin asst problem. But then I might not be able to pay for fertility treatments...
Speaking of which, I hope they worked this time. I'm feeling good about it. Really good. Good enough to slap myself if these are all just PMS symptoms I'm playing up thinking I'm pregnant.
Seriously, I'll do it.
