Since I last checked in, Dora and I have taken yet another trip, this one involving and airplane! Or four! The little sweetheart slept on 3 out of the 4 flights involved in a round trip from my house to Minneapolis. Of course, on the one trip she was awake, she managed to swing her ice skating stuffed Daisy Duck into our neighbor's water, knocking in all over her pants. I'm just glad she had a backup outfit in her carry-on, and also that her coffee was on the other side of her tray. Also, American Airlines managed to not give me ANY of the seats I picked on any of the flights, so that I was always seated in the middle of the three seats with a baby on my lap.
This weekend is the big celebration in my tiny town, and I'm entered to play in a tennis tournament with halee! Several of our family members have acquired matching shirts to show support, so join us Friday night for a smackdown on court two. Look for the crazy people in yellow.
The airshow in Las Vegas I mentioned a few entries back is becoming more and more of a reality. It's true. An actual trip involving the hubby could be in the works. Updates to follow as needed. Which is to say, you know, whenever.
